Wood, a natural product

Every tree, and thus any processed solid wood panel, is unique in its texture and color. A characteristic of  the layered solid wood panel is that it differs in color and texture.

Wood reacts to its environment. With changing temperatures and humidity wood swells and shrinks (hygroscopic).  the surface of the edge glued, solid wood panel  is oiled, thus it can continue to work and breathe. During time the sun will change the color saturation of the oiled wood.
